The dude making comics under the 'Oscillating Brow' moniker has been part of Paper Jam Comics Collective since the very start, and has probably been to more PJCC meetings than anyone else. He doesn't know if this is a good thing, but kinda wears it with pride anyway. He has drawn stories for all of the Paper Jam anthologies, and very occasionally makes little comics himself.
